how to call from a landline phone
using your PINLESS Service

1. Dial the phone number specified on the page Access numbers for PINLESS Service.
2. Listen to your account balance, and then you will hear the dial tone.
3. Dial:
  - for calls within the U.S., Canada or the Caribbean: 1 + area code + phone number;
  - for international calls: 011 + country code + city code + phone number.

To use a phone card please make sure your phone is set to the TONE position.

how to call from a cellular phone
using your PINLESS Service

1. Dial the phone number specified on the page Access numbers for PINLESS Service and press the "Send" or "Call" button depending on the model of your cellular phone.
2. Listen to your account balance, and then you will hear the dial tone.
3. Dial:
  - for calls within the U.S., Canada or the Caribbean: 1 + area code + phone number;
  - for international calls: 011 + country code + city code + phone number.
 After dialing your destination number DO NOT press "Send" or "Call" button again since
    this action will disconnect you from our system and your call will go directly thru your
    mobile service provider.
